Home Remedy for Painful Joints


If you are around the age of 35 or in your 40s, it is very common for you to experience joint pains. In fact, you are in the high risk group of arthritis, rheumatism and other muscle-related conditions. In most cases, you will be advised to take foods and supplements that enhance your joints and muscles, mostly those that contain calcium or glucosamine. These are one of the signs of aging and it could occur due to trauma or repetitive strain you incurred ruing your younger years.

While you can take all types of supplements and foods, there are home remedies that can help you cure your painful joints quickly and naturally. Below is how you can do this.

What you need?
You will have to prepare 1 tablespoons each of sea salt, mustard (hot if possible), honey and baking soda known for many other health benefits.
Once you have the ingredients, you will need to mix them and stir until you get an even mixture. Then, place the mixture into a cream jar. After that, keep the mixture in the refrigerator for about 2 hours.

After that, use the mixture and apply it on the joint which is painful. Compress it with a plastic bag and then wrap around the area with a cloth. Let it stay there for about 2 hours before you sleep. When you wake up the next morning, rinse the area. Do this for 5 days and then see if the pain is gone. If it is still painful, repeat the procedure.
