Make your own world-crazed healthy Japanese Cheesecake


Cheesecakes, who doesn’t like it? The only problem with this pastry  is that it can be very unhealthy. It is as if you want so much to buy the cake when you see it in cafes but the guilt that comes after it can sometimes be very disturbing.

So, if you are somewhat addicted to the cheesecake and wants to maintain good health while indulging in this, you can make your own ‘Japanese Cheesecake’ which will only need 3 easy-to-find ingredients and extremely easy to prepare as you can find them almost at every supermarket or grocery store.

What you need? The ingredients are quite easy to find and are as follow:

  1. Low-fat cottage cheese – 12 ounces
  2. Sugar-free strawberry jello -0.3 ounce
  3. Light-whipped topping thawed – 8 ounces
  4. Light graham cracker crusts or any other pie crusts of your choice

First, place the cottage cheese into the blender and then divide the jello into 2 boxes. Then use 1 cup of hot water in one box and 1 cup of cold water in the other and add the cottage cheese before it jells. Blend them together for a smooth texture and then pour it into the pie crust.

After that, keep it chilled until the cheesecake is ready to be taken and you are done. You can now enjoy the cheesecake as nice as it looks. The good thing about this recipe is that besides the tasty cheese, you can add any toppings of your choice like fresh fruit cuts, strawberries, vegetables and even almond flakes.
