Humans today are obsessed with food. This is because the fast moving industries and competition are causing much stress and hardship where people have turned to food and such to help them de-stress and to stay healthy what with the limited time available for exercising and fitness programmes. One of the latest buzz is the Acai berry which typically is type of fruit from the palm tree species known as the acai palm. It is found mostly around Central and South America where this round shaped fruit is black-purple in colour with a large seed.
