Lettuce – Acne’s Biggest ENEMY!

Most people face acne problems from the early teenage years and while many could be free from this condition, some continues to have pimples even until old age. Lettuce is one of them.

Lettuce might not be among the superfoods like garlic or ginger but it is one of those that are less-celebrated like plum which has amazing health benefits. Lettuce is rich in vitamins where you get the likes of Vitamins A, C, E and several B-Complexes while it has a lot of copper, magnesium, calcium and iron as well.

What you need to do?

You only need to prepare some lettuce leaves. Cook the leaves with low heat for about 1 to 2 hours. Leave it simmer while you are cooking the greens. After that, strain the leaves and you do not need them anymore. What you want is to retain the water. Keep it in a container in a dark place which is cool and then you can apply the liquid on your face. It will clear out acne very quickly while curing any skin redness as well.
