- 5 to 6 onions, medium size if possible
- 2 to 3 green peppers
- Some celery
- 1 small or half a medium-sized cabbage
- Black pepper
Basically, all you need to do is to place all the ingredients above into a small pot and then boil them to perfection. The black pepper will help to speed up metabolism and expedite the process of burning fat. Then, take the soup together with your meals throughout the day. To add more flavour, you can throw in some meat like chicken or fishballs. The meat should be grilled and be careful not to add any artificial flavouring.
