How to reduce back pain without going to the specialist

Back pain is one of the biggest concerns for anyone. It is often said that if you have a back pain, it could be a long and painful process to recovery. In fact, some have even claimed that once you get a back ache, chances are it will never go away.

This type of problem is no longer one that happens to the elderly as the younger ones are now experiencing similar problems. So, if you have been having backaches but cannot seem to find a remedy for it, perhaps you should consider the following actions.

Exercise – if your back ache is really bad, start from light exercises and as you recover, go for more intensive ones. Pick up a sport. Bad blood circulation is the main reason why you get backaches easily.

Sit properly – your sitting posture is very important. If you sit on the office table all day, ensure you have a good, ergonomic chair. DON’T SLOUCH!

Watch your weight – If you are overweight, then start shedding them off. You are not doing your back any favours it needs to support more than it can. Check your BMI and work towards that.

Massage – Go for a good massage therapy to ensure that blood circulation is restored in your body. In some cases, foot reflexology works and really helps.

Drink honey – mix a glass of warm water with honey is known to be a good home remedy for backaches. Other types of food which are known to help with these problems include Omega 3 and vitamins like B1, B2, B6 and B12.

If all of the above fails, you might want to visit a chiropractic specialist to help restore better blood circulation in your body. You will need to do this a few times over the short period of time in order to be effective.
