Gallstones can be very painful and at times distressing. This usually happens in the liver and it can be very disturbing especially when you are not aware that you could be having this problem. In most cases, the stones can cause additional health concerns as they can accumulate blisters or microorganisms. To remove the stones, a complicated procedure might be needed. You could however apply the following remedy which will see you remove them in a matter of hours.

What you need?

To do this, you have to prepare the following:

  • 1 cup which has a lid
  • 4 teaspoons of Epsom salt
  • About half a cup of olive oil (cold pressed if possible)
  • Grapefruit juice – prepare this with either 1 large or 2 small ones

Once you have prepared this recipe, you have to ensure that you are not taking any minerals or vitamins the following day. To start, take a low-fat breakfast or lunch because you will not be eating anything after 2pm of that day.

Use the salt and 3 glasses of water and blend them. Divide the mixture into 4 sets and place them in the refrigerator.

At 6pm, drink the first dose and another 2 hours later. The amazing thing here is that you will not have any cravings or feel hungry.

At 10pm, mix the grapefruit juice and the olive oil together. Then place the mixture into the cup and close the lid. You will need to go to the toilet several times prior to doing this.

At 10.15pm, drink this mixture and then lie on your back for the next 20 minutes. Stay still during that time and the stones will start coming out of your liver.

The next morning, drink the third dose of the first mixture. Do this after 6am and then the last dose 2 hours later. After that, you can eat as usual but try to drink more juice before eating high-fibre foods.

You will then notice that you have diarrhoea the next day which is actually the stones being channel out of your body.
